A registration form must be completed and submitted to reception in order to be registered at the Saint-Thomas Community Health Centre. Forms can be downloaded here.
You can see a doctor by appointment only. You can call our office to book an appointment with our doctors.
Saint-Thomas Health Centre is the residency. We are located at La Cité Francophone and we are a separate medical clinic.
We are open on Mondays and Thursday until 6:30pm We are NOT open during the weekend Please see the hours of operation for more details.
